I actually solo on this alot Thrust Spec useing Mephitic Fang/Voltaic War Pick And win almost all of my clean 1v1's
The Fang proc keeps them perma Diseased and the Lightning storm from the Pick is excellent added Dps
Not to mention the Astral Procs, Bathat Proc, and Arms of the Wind Disorient-Dot Proc are all fantastic.
If going Slash/Crush I would probably redo the SC'ing to cap +parry
As a saracen I come out of the gate with Capped block/parry/swingspeed(w/Celerity/Haste) with this build

btw the Harpy feather disarm proc is amazing, theyre holding their dick in their hands and im free-healing, I love it. To each his own :P

TBH AT is prob the lowest utility item that people call a "must have". Stats being < +3 All magic- 40 hits- 10 AF- 15 acuity- 5% resist pierce> And, yeah the sobe form is great for a caster who extends... but it doesnt seem to add much for scout who needs to Cast/melee/stealth. Plus when the proc from the Hat goes off, which is often, its FTW w/ resist debuff. And as far as goldy bow, I've used it before, its nice, but the slayer bow dmg proc goes off like crazy and much prefer the added dps from that. If there were better items to choose from I would def try to get some pierce in. BUT + to skill, hits, /uses, procs.... thats what I was going for and very happy with how it turned out. After usieing for a month.... I absolutely love this temp.
